In my current role, I am involved in planning, reviewing and implementing programmes on loss prevention and safety management for our clients. My key responsibilities include inspecting and testing plant and equipments to ensure legislative compliance. I was also involved in Technical Risk Management Studies such as Fire Fighting Safety System, Safety Audit, Emergency Response Planning (ERP), CIMAH Safety Studies and Job Safety Analysis/HAZOP Studies. Prior to this, I was appointed as a Manager/OSH Consultant for a Risk Services company, which was based in Boston, USA. I was engaged in environmental safety and health consultancy particularly with multinational companies and have liased with government authorities such as DOSH, DOE, local authorities and Immigration. As an Operations Manager, I was responsible for the project contracts and tenders administration.
