Refer a candidate and "pay it forward" today for World Vision
We have created our own "Pay it Forward" candidate referral
program.
(Inspired by the movie Pay It Forward a "must see" film)
The premise of this program (and the movie) is the idea of repaying a
gift or kindness, not back to the person who gave it, but forward to
someone else (or to many someone elses), and to keep the idea going by
asking them to do the same thing.
How does the referral program work?
- We are asking registered candidates to refer on other risk management , insurance and compliance professionals
within their networks to register on RMR's site so they too can
register their interest and significantly improve the chances of
finding that ideal job they have always wanted.
- In
return we will allocate a $500 donation to the World Vision charity
for every person who has been referred on by a registered candidate and
is subsequently placed with an employer through us. Within a short
time, the original registered candidate could have contributed to
raising over $5000 for the World Vision charity. Imagine the potential
for creating good that could be achieved by spreading referrals across
the Asia Pacific Risk, Insurance and Compliance community alone.
- Start
today and "pay it forward" now. Tell your friends and associates in the
risk, insurance and compliance community about our "pay it forward"
program - all you need to do is enter their email address and click
send to refer.
- Help
us build the world's biggest online community of risk related professionals within the next twelve months and in doing so let's
collectively make a real difference to those less fortunate than
ourselves.
- If you do not wish to participate in the program that's OK, of course - but please tell your friends about the
"pay it forward" idea and encourage them to gift others in some way and
pass on the "pay it forward" idea when they do. There are infinite ways
you can gift others in your life.
Most importantly, spread the idea of "paying it forward" and you never know what might come back to you!
